Five Weeks Post Op

Today i am five weeks post op

I checked my weight i am down 4 more pounds


That sets me at 300 pounds

I havent been this skinny since like 10th grade

WOW

Im so happy alot is happening for me and i just wanna thank god


I couldnt have done it without the help of my lord and savior

Keep me in your prayers

1 Month Follow up

Today i went and seen doctor williams

He said everything looks good and I am down 38 pounds 

WOW

I am so happy

All and all i dont have as many regrets as before

Im still having problems getting stuff down though
When i eat something it tends to get stuck

Anyways hopefully this will get better

Update

I am updating you guys since i havent been on in about a week

I am down 35 pounds as you can see from my ticker and i am doing just fine

Also this coming up monday i am one month post op and not a single complication

The only thing that i am really having trouble with is getting in all the liquids


Also im not that hungry to often either

Other than that i am truly blessed

I thank god for bringing me this far.

He really has brought me a long way

The Treadmill

This surgery has truly been a blessing to me.

Yesterday i got on the treadmill and walk walk walked

and i walked 35 minutes that is one whole mile

I am so proud of myself i never thought i could walk a whole mile without getting tired or my leg cramping

The last time i attempted to i was at the heart doctor and i could only walk 2 minutes

So you see what a difference 20 something pounds makes it makes a big difference

9 days post op

Im 9days post op today and feeling great no more pain and im doing awesome

Also i went and weighted in at the pharmacy

According to there scale i have lost 24 pounds
I dont know if its right or not but i will take it as it is

Wow

This surgery was truly a blessing

My Story



Hello everyone my name is Matthew and this is my story.

I grew up in the small little town of Baxley GA. Not Much goes on here just talking talking and more talking.

Its the smallest town in the world if you ask me.

I grew up as a very humble kid and i was very smart.

I was always picked on for being overweight and i just never really fit in.

I was picked on day in and day out. I would sometimes go home and cry myself to sleep because i was hurt so bad.

Over the years i have eaten myself right through the pain i ate and ate.

Now i am 19 years old and i am 5"9 inches tall and weight 342 pounds

Now i am waiting for my surgery day 9/10/2007 the day my life will change forever

Its going to be a new start on love,life, and happiness
