Just start the new year!

So I'm now keeping a food journal!
I started to go to a local gym.  I'm going again tomorrow and plan to go after WW saturday morning as a rule...definitely won't be studying on Saturday morning so might as well exercise.  One of my WW friends thinks I'm not eating enough.  I don't use their pt system but probably should because it will help you loose the most wt safely by measuring your caloric needs etc.  So next week I'm going to try the points system.  Sounds silly that I'm not eating enough and loosing so slowly, but I think using the pts system and exercising should get things going in the new year.

2008!  Wow!
