back again

I'm starting the process all over again. I guess I wasnt as serious as I thought. I did all the required stuff back in 07 but when it came time to lose 10% before getting my surgery date, I had a hard time losing the last 10 pounds (lost 20 had to lose 30) and I got so depressed I just gave up.

This time I CAN DO THIS

I go to my primary Doc on thursday for my referral
