My Doctor's visit

Well I had a visit with Dr. O today IT WAS GREAT!!!!!!!!!!He told ME he was very proud of me and I was doing what he told me to do my starting weight according to his scale on 12-14-2007 was 246.5 I had surgery on 1-23-2008 today according to the Docs scale I weigh 198 according to my scale it's 195 so I will give in and go with his scale 48.5 pounds lost (he would not let me take off pounds for Aunt Flo visiting) I am offcially in onederland WOW it's been a long time time I will say I am going to continue to do what I am doing getting all of my water, vitamins, and exercise in just walking at this point 2 miles a day. All I can say is I am amazed at how quick this weightloss has been this month. at this point I no longer qualify for surgery this TOOL is working for me. I told him I feel like I am starving by the time I have a meal he said thats okay so if it works for him it works for me I setting a 10 goal for myself for the next 30 days when I post next month I should be saying I weighed in at 185-188 pounds pray for me.

Well as of Today I have lost a total of 37.5 pounds woohoo!!!!. I am a little worried though because My doctor wants me to lose 20 pounds this month and it seems as though the harder I try I am just not getting it done. I have followed this plan as far as eating and the exercising that he wants me to do I make sure I get ALL of my vitamins in and my protein and water but I am afraid to fail this (basically I don't want Dr O to fuss if I don't lose the 20 pounds I know I am losing inches I have gone from a size 20 to a size 14 in 8 weeks so I do know the surgery is working for me right now it is so frustrating. Mentally this is hard very hard I know it will get better.
