HELLO OH FAMILY!

Well hello OH family!! I haven't posted in a minute so i thought i would say hello. I have lost a few more pounds, and i am soooo happy with my progress even though it has slowed down significantly. God is an awesome God!!!!!!!!!!!! I'm still wearing a 16W in jeans but guess what? I went to a store that just opened up a few weeks ago and they had regular jeans on sale for .99  well the sizes ranged from 2-18 regular. So i decided that i would try on a pair of 16's and 18's just to see if they would fit. There is a big difference between a plus size or woman's jeans than the regular misses. Like i said i can wear a 16plus jean. Well i couldn't get the regular 16 buttoned but i could with the 18 and they were loose. I was tickled knowing that i can wear a regular pair of jeans now. So i bought them with a belt and i bought a pair of sweats and guess what size they were? a LARGE!!!!!!!!!!!!  That's right, this sista has went from a 3XL-4XL sweats to a Large. I tried on the XL and they were too big. Shoot, the large is loose on me. So i thank God for this blessing. It hasn't been easy here lately, i have cravings and i have a couple of times gave in to these cravings, but you know what? i learn from them and move on. I found  a picture of me from Thanksgiving 2005 and family, it brought me to tears. I didn't realize that i was that big and had let myself go like that. My aunt who was cruel to me on that Thanksgiving, didn't have a right to embarass me and hurt my feelings but when i looked at that picture, i told my family , i see what she was talking about. She made the comment: God Michelle, how much bigger are you going to get? I wish that i could some how post it so you all can see what i'm talking about, but it was taken with a regular camera. My cousins from Maryland came in this weekend and they were soooooo shocked. When we saw that picture, they were like Michelle you look like a totally different person now and i have to agree.  The only problem that i seem to be having at this moment is acne. My skin used to be so smooth and clear and now i break out all the time. And after i break out these bumps leave black marks on my face. Does anybody know what i should do? I go next week for my 7 month checkup(didn't get to do my 6 month checkup) so maybe they can tell me what i need to do. i wash my face everyday with a cleanser and all of that.  Anywho, i have talked you all to death. I feel great and i see the progress. I'm still working out and my personal trainer is no joke. He doesn't give a sista a break at all and that's what i need. Well OH family, i guess i better run.
