Nutrition Visit Today

Ok, so their scale and mine match up, which makes me happy. I was so afraid that it would that I lost less than mine did. It's not much, but I worked hard for it.

Got my labs back. Vitamin D is at only 17, but I've had it go down as far as 5 in the past. Time for extra vitamin d, which I bought at their office so that I wouldn't forget. Iron is good but the main issue is that my blood oxygen level is at 75%. I've always had problems with this, especially post-op, even after the egd that I just had. I don't know why. The only thing I can think of is that it's due to my heart problem. I've been short of breath more than normal. I dunno, maybe it's my lungs cleaning themselves out since I quit smoking on May 14th? Today was my last day on the patch. Between that and dieting, I'm hoping people just stay clear of me!
