Whoops...

So, I went out tonight and ate a big meal after a week of being "on track".  I feel horrible.  Headache, bloating, fatigue.  I didn't realize how good I had been feeling until today.  I wish I could bottle this horrible feeling and keep it for my hungry days.  I just want to go to bed and sleep it off.  I'm hoping that keeping track of these days of feeling like this will help keep me on track for the future.  I have considerably cut down on eating at restaurants, but this goes to show that I'll probably have to cut it out completely for a while.  Back to it tomorrow :)
