Well my week is good I went to see my doctor for my 6 week post and I was at 211.6 which was great because he wanted me to be at 218 but I gained freaking 3 lbs 215 because I had a couple of drinks LOL uuggghh so of course I am paying the price on that.  So this week I have ate nothing but salads, salad wraps with turkey or chicken so I am trying my best to loose... My next appointment is not til 9/26 so far I weighed myself I am 214.5 so good luck to me LOL... I will conquer my goal of 196 I promise....

My Story

Finally typing my story LOL... Well I am 33 years old and stay in Texas..  When I was a little girl I was very skinny and active but once a teen i began eating and drinking my lunch was a 6 pack of dr. peper and a big bag of Doritos and I started to pack on the pounds which i was able to maintain just thick so I thought nothing of it.  Once grown I would get comfortable in my relationship and gain weight then after 6 years off and on i dropped the pounds because i was being active.  Then in 2004 i met the love of my life had our daughter in 2006 i was able to keep the pounds off then in 2007 i was pregnant with our boy and i tell you that lil dude had vomiting up a storm LOL but when it was close to my due date i BLEW UP from 190 to 225...  This year I finally decided to do something about it New Years Resolution because i realized that i have no family photo with both my kids only my little girl because i hate taking pictures which is sad.   i started i was 239.8 when it was time for my surgery i was 238.8 1lb lost lol.  I had my surgery on 06/20/2012 all i remember them wheeling me to surgery and them telling me to scoot down once on the surgery table anything after i was out like a light the best sleep i ever had in my life!!!!  I am now 226 i was doing Zumba the 4th day after surgery of course when i told the nurse that she was telling me "NOOOOOO dont do that you have to heal first".... Now the hardest thing is to stay grounded because its mainly a mental thing now because i am not hungry but of course my husband and kids cant eat soups everyday LOL so i have to cook and i will taste hear and there but trying.  i cant wait to ask my doctor can i please start back on my Zumba that is the best workout that you can do at home or with a group....  Well its late have to go to bed... Nite Nite!!!!
