Does anyone know how to get a stall moving again. I am just four months post op and I have been at the same weight for weeks now. The scale does not seem to want to move for me anymore?

So excited got my surgery date today November 9 at TWH. I remember in the binder it had a list of stuff i should get before surgery but i cant seem to find this list. What is some must have stuff i am going to need and be using after surgery?
