Okay, okay.....yes, I am killing it, and I plan on keeping it up. It's amazing how much better I feel mentally and physically when I exercise my body and eat low-carb. It's actually a better high than eating my favorite foods, so I am not sure why I keep getting pulled back in to bad eating.
I didn't go hog-wild with eating, but I also didn't stick to low-carb. I definitely didn't get any exercise in after Monday of last week. My boyfriend's birthday was Saturday, so we at out and I also made a luscious chocolate cake. Of course, I sent what was left of that bad boy to work with him yesterday! Had to get it out of the house! ha ha
I am not sure if it's possible for me to get to my 167 lb goal in less than 2 weeks, but I will try my hardest.
