Have you been burned? Still waiting on an order? Never got it? Never got a refund? As a consumer and an advocate -- I have sent a compilation of consumer issues to the press -- add yours.

I finally got my money back after a couple of months. I placed a vitamin order. I called several times over about 2 months. I always only got thru to a VM. I left messages and got no response. Then I started asking for my money to be returned. Someone finally called me back. My money was then returned. However, it took several calls and a couple of months.
