Great news.Jan 4th 2005 41 days out and I lost another 11lbs.That makes the grand total 31lbs.Gone.Dr. said I could join Curves.So much fun there.

Surgeon Testimonial Randall Cook, M.D. Dr. Cook Is a very soft spoken man but to the point.I like a Dr. that puts you first on his mind like he said this is a choice surgery.So he take it very serious about what he is going to be doing to your body for the rest of your life.With that in mind that is why I want to do my best and be a good patient and do as he says. The girls in the office are just as great as Dr.Cook is.They have a great Dr. to work for to love what they do.Lisa and Missy work together as a team very well.They make you feel like you are so special. Dr cook cares about the after care.He wants you to come see him often.He is great and his suport programs are very good.He comes there and takes time with us to answer our questions.I just think that is wonderfull.Like I said he told me that there is a risk and this is a choice I have made. He is a caring Dr.and his staff is so real at making you feel good about your self.I am so ready for the 24th of Nov. to get here. Latest Surgery Support Comments

December 2004 on December 14, 2004 12:00 am Went to the Dr. today(Dec.14th) Iam 20 days out and I lost 20lbs.I so pleased and Dr.was too.Every thing is doing great with foods and Drinks.

I eat very good too.Iam back to work light duty (typing).Dont stay all day though.Just 8:00a.m. till 1:00p.m.I do get tired very easly.Can't wait till I get on the Dr. scales.Dec. 14th @10:45a.m.(Nov 24th had open wls)I do a lot of walking too.I have had no problems with any thing except Iam hungry.It is getting better too.I thank all the people at the suport groups for the great meetings.They help so much. Thanks so much for all the phone calls and prayers.

on November 24, 2004 12:00 am Nov 24th 2004 was my surgery day.started weight 246 I have a new weight loss.I weighed in at 177lbs.those 14's are so nice to fit into.I feel so good about myself and I look at others that want the surgery and I know how they feel to get approved.I thank god for my family for so much suport in my journey.
