Well...I'm finally back on track and glad to be here! Several familial and personal crises have arisen since my last post, but thank God I'm still here. No I haven't had WLS yet, but I'm quite optimistic.
I called my insurance provider (Aetna) today and got some much needed clarity on exactly what I should anticipate from them in the coming months. I've decided to meet criteria 2 as defined in my Aetna insurance policy. Criteria 2 is the 3 month "multidisciplinary surgical preparatory regimen"...saying that 10x's fast

In short, i'll be participating a physician supervised weight loss program in order to qualify for WLS. I'll be sure to keep everyone updated.
