6 weeks check-up

Today was my six week check up.  Everything is going well.  I have lost 7 pounds since my 2 week check up.  I am a little disappointed about that but since the scales are still moving downward I can not be to bummed.  Excercise would help but since I have stitches in my leg still I can not do a real work out.  I do walk and will continue to do that.  My blood pressure was good at 132/68.  Sugars are coming down and hopefully by my next appointment in six more weeks I will be able to cut that medicine down again.  I am now down at total of 32 pounds since my surgery.
