One year later and things continue to get better. Dr Zare and Ben, are still there to answer questions, help with strange symptoms. If anything ever goes wrong with me in the future, Dr Zare and my primary care are the first that I consult. Dr Zare is a great listener, a fantastic practitioner, with common sense values. I wish he could be my primary care Physician, but then that would deprive all of you for you needed specialty care.

little more than a week away and wondering, if I should really do it?

the liquid diet aint that bad

ok, a week on the liquid pre surgery diet and dropped 9 pounds, mmm

should I still have the surgery?  cutting back on insulin, good thing
