I am married mom of 3 boys.  I have been overweight most of my life.  It started when I was in high school.  But I was always little overweight as a child.  I have been struggling with weight loss efforts to no avail.  I have debated about wls for a long time and finally decided to go for it!!  I am so glad I did.  It has been a learning experience I have to say.  Lots of bad habits to break but it will all be worth it in the end.

After being denied by the insurance company, Crystal worked her magic and I am APPROVED!!!!  I have no idea how she did it.  They initially denied me because my BMI was not over 40 for 3 years.    I am scheduled for 5/14/08.  I can't wait to be on that losers bench!!!

2/27/08 Information sent for insurance approval

After starting this process in June with my family doctor, seeing Dr. Loggins in August, I am finally almost done.  My insurance required 6 months of physician directed weight loss effort.  I lost 36 lbs!!!!  Now I just wait for insurance approval.
