ObesityHelp

I am not sure what is wrong with me......I have done so well all these months and the last few days.....OMG..I can't believe that I can still eat like that......I know that the band doesn't change the brain and head hunger but I never thought that I would succumb to eating like I used to......not a full blown binge but eating the wrong stuff........I am so close to onederland...I didn't even weigh myself this Friday and should have to keep myself accountable.........I wish I knew other than TOM what is going on........of course I am going to get back on track...but my gosh what have I done..........I should have gone for that fill on Friday but thought I was just about at my sweet spot....but how can I if I can still eat Chinese and ice cream....

I feel horrible no longer that thin feeling...just bloated and disgusting....Well, I am snapping out of it and tomorrow back on track.......hitting the gym first thing, canceling my morning schedule and going to the gym right after dropping off the boys.

I am writing this so the next time I want to go off the wagon I can come here and read this..........do I want to feel like this again.........hell no!
