Went to Guelph for my re op today. Went very well took more blood and met with the anesthesiologist what a nice guy. Down 13lbs from Dec 26th and being on the Optifast. Found out I have small veins so I have to go back to Guelph on the 6rh ...

Off to Guelph today for my pre op... down 10lbs from Optifast. I cheated yesterday and had a small piece of cheese... Not good.
