Dr. Lin did a great job on my surgery. He answered all my questions and my families questions. He appeared to very concerned about my comfort level before and after surgery. 100 Pounds Gone!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hello all,Its been a while since I posted. I am now down 102 lbs. Its taking me a long time but I have done it. I am going to  start settingl little goals now to help me work on my main weight goal. My next goal is to loose 8 lbs by the end of the month. I wear a 18/20 now. I have never wore this size since I have been an adult. I feel s happy that I am starting to feel better about myself. I never realized how much my weight played into my feelings and the decisions that I have made until I lost some major weight. I think I am going to start and work on  my sprirt now. I think it needs a  lot of work. I will try and post soon.

New Pictures!!!!!!!!

Hello all, Its been a while since Ive posted. Hopefully everyone is doing well. Ive been doing better. I was not losing any weight because of a medical issue. That has been resloved. Im losing now. Im not where I want to be in the weight lose but Im still losing. I  think thats the most important thing. Im going to try and post more often. There are new pictures of me now. Let me know what you think.

Scale Has Not Been Moving?

Hello all, Sorry  I have not posted for over a month. This month has been an  unproductive month. The scale is not moving anymore. My weight keeps going up and down.  I have been working out 5 to 6 days week since November.  I think I lose 2 lbs. Im now down to 77 lbs. Im not sure what going on. I wll keep everyone posted.

Under 300Lbs!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hello all, Just a brief update. Its been a month since I posted. I just wanted everyone to know that I have reached the Under 300lbs markI have been sooo happy since I reached this point. I wish I could have lost faster but I tell myself that this is as fast as my body wants me to loose and there are some people that the operation does not work for. I thank GOD that I feel better and look better. I think I even have my confidence in myself. I now can wear a size 22/24 from 30/32. I have not been this size in a long time. This operation has made such a difference in my life. I really throught that it was  not going to work for me. Be Blessed all. I will post pictures soon.

My Story

Hello all, My name is Michelle and Im from Baltimore, MD. Im a 35-year old social worker/ real estate agent/ investor . I have  alot of hats that I wear and losing weight will help me accomplish all that I want to do.

I am the oldest daughter  of my mother's two children. My father is Mexican and  my mother is African American. Dont speak spanish but love spanish food . Ha! Ha! I had a typical childhood -teenage hood. I wish I was more active and had more friends but my weight always got in the way. Now that Im older and wiser , I  see myself coming out of my shy shell more. The decision to have the RenY operations was not a easy one but it was one that needed to be made. Im happy with the decision but a little scared. I know that GOD has my back.
