well on day 7 I got weighed and I was down 25 pounds I started at 506 my heaviest weight and I was 476 wow!! I cant believe how quickly that the weight is coming off of me.

          I am getting on the scale at barix on thursday and will keep you updated as to how the weight is going. As for eating sorfar everything is staying down except water makes me feel sick.

Well I got a date it is august 15 at Barix. I go on the 30th of july for the pre op and all that jazz

Well on Friday I met with Dr. Kam and he was really nice. He did say that I needed to start using the dreaded CPAP machine and he also said that he wanted me to go on the South beach diet( boy is this proving harder than I thought). The easy thing for me to do is go and get the tests that he needs. When I get the tests I can then book a date for surgury.
