My Story

I've basically been overweight my entire life.  I just turned 39 in June and have decided that I need a major overhaul if I'm going to make it another 39 years.  I am going to get my teeth fixed, get WLS surgery and that's just scratching the surface (literally).  I want to work on my inside while I update my outside.  My goal is to get healthy, get moving and get a life!
