Hello guys it
is the beginning of the school year, so I am soooo busy! Just wanted to update, I am doing great! I am eating better. I walk 5 miles on each day of the weekends and 2 during the week. I am not losing a lot of weight anymore, still haven't gotten into the onezee's holding steady at 204 pounds! Everyone at work says muscle weighs more than fat, I want to use that excuse but denial is what got me in this situation in the first place! I am still wearing a size 14 pants, some 12's. I wear a large shirt, but the other day I had on a small! Who would've ever thought that! Haven't taken any pictures, just haven't no particular reason because I love the way I look! I can't believe that I can say that and mean it! God is soooo Good! Martilinda, girl you are something else! I am so proud of you! Well, I am proud of all of us! Wether we lost 5 pounds or 200 pounds, a loss is a loss! Stay encouraged! What God has for you is for you! I really have to go! I love you all! Please be blessed!
