Hi, and welcome to my profile!
I´m 38 years old, married with two lovely boys at 6 and 9. I´m a stay at home mom and we live in a small town.
I love my life, my family and friends. My own time is often spent on a horse or in the stabels.

My surgery!
on July 28, 2008 9:27 am
Well, well better late than never!

My surgery went very well. I had only four days with painkillers and only two weeks with a slightly tender stomage.
My DH did a 32 bougie large tummy and this size is perfect for me.
I spent two days at the hospital and one day at a hotel before I went home by train. This trainride was the worst I had to go through and it was really awful.
I had the most perfect care from everyone involved and I had no complications.
I can eat everything but I´m a little sensitive when it´s to much fat. My portions is slightly less than my childrens, but not so small that everyone notice.
This has been so much easier and better than I ever could have wished for. Best thing I have done for myself!

Four weeks to go!
on March 3, 2008 12:22 pm
I´m so excited because my surgery is only four weeks ahead! My only concearn is that I might not pass the last control. But I think it is a small possibility. It feels like this will bee my one and only chans to be abel to continue with horsebackriding, consider my bad knee. I hope this four weeks will go really fast!

My Story

I always had some weight issues, though never severe before my last child. After he was bourne I´ve lost and gained 15 to 20 kgs (30 to 40lb I think) about 5 times. Always gained more than I lost ofcourse. Now I´m heavier than I was pregnant. This is really bad for me because I injured my left knee in a riding accident. Now I can hardly walk and my knee hurts when I go horsebackriding. This is my last chance to get an active life since I have no energy to loose weight again. I have really tried everything but my hunger is out of control. Even when I was normalweight I was always hungry but I had the energy to suppress that feeling. I hope after the surgery that I will be one of those who do not feel hunger so strong!
