Dr McCloskey wasnt my first choice. my first choice was Dr hamad. like a week before my surgery date dr hamad had her baby. i could have waited longer for her to come back, but i waited 8 months already. (after all the 6 month diet, some other shit and stuff) so dr hamad refered me to Dr McCloskey and i researched her and some of my friends had her and they had no problems. so i met with her and i really liked her and so did my family that met her. her staff was very friendly too. when i met her she told me all the risks and had me watch a video on the internet as well. i was well well informed of all the risks. i think she is a excellent surgeon. her staff is great. she is one of the best surgeons in magee hospital. her bedside manner is great too. everything is great!!!!!!!!!!!!

i finally lost 4 more pounds!! it was taking forever! i hit that peak and dam it wouldnt break! fianlly it did!! i have 8 more to go. 

my orginal goal was to have it all off by end of june but im pushing it to end of july.  

i need to still tone up alot! i dont know why it takes forever but it does! i hate the flab on my arms esp i cant hide that.  i guess its not to bad but i hate it.  everyone else says im doing good, but i know i could work harder on that part of my body.  

i love when people tell me how good i look. esp the ones that havent seen me in forever! (i know i sound conseded) lol 

it makes me feel good!

well i better get off and get ready for my best buds 30th bday bash!

well its been 7 months.  i am still 157! i cant get past that!  i need to lose 12 more pounds to get to my goal! i wanted to have it off by july or end of july. i just dont know if i can do it! i hope i can.

i have been slacking off on exercising.  its more i dont have time.  i know im using an excuss!!! then i hurt my back at work so i have to watch what im doing.  i still walk 5 times a week.  but as far as aerobics ive slacked off.  i think i need to join that gym ive been wanting to join, but coming up with the memembership fee is the hard part.  

i prob have the money for it sooner but i need to put my son first! he needs a swing set and then my car needs tires so my stimlus money will be gone when i get it on the 23rd! grrr 

but anyways i just have to get back on track.  well im getting off here bc my back is killing me.
