Well I didn't meet my goal of 50lbs lost, but I am down 46lbs. I haven't been exercising, and I know I could lose so much more if I did. I'm still eating pretty much whatever I want. I try my best to be aware of what I'm eating. I still have that sweet tooth of mine. I usually eat at least one sweet per day. I try to choose something that has 100 calories or less. I love Wendy's chili. I add cheese to it and a packet of the chili sauce and it's great! I never want to feel like I'm on a diet again. That's what I love most about my VSG.
