This is a start on a new life for me . I weight 523.5 lbs. and I need to get down to 235 lbs. , but i need to get to 440 lbs. so i can get the gastric bypass .I want to get to 440 in 6 months . Can I do it? ,,,,, I am going to do my best.

Its April 11 and i am feeling good .Igo and get weight again on the 19 to see how much i have losted  .I feel like I have lost a few lbs. I look like it too. Iam doing very good on my diet and that is helping me feel better .I will do a update on the 19th .
