Biggest advice to all pre-ops

The best thing I have discovered post op was www.fitday.com. I paid the extra $25.00 for the upgraded version. You log your intake of calories for the day. It helped me hit goal in 10 months. I did not learn about it until month 6 post op so I think had I known about it from the start I might have even hit goal sooner.
