Hello to my OH family. First giving my Honor and my Praise to God who is the head of my life! I am doing very well and feeling very well. Everything is perfect with me except for the few green eyed monsters. All is well. I have lost a total of 139lbs since my surgery Aungust 23, 2007. I am overjoyed. Hello to all my Oh family. Hope all of you are well. Sorry that I havent posted in a while. My life has changed a lot and I am barely online. Before my surgery I was a couch potatoe but not with the couch...in front of the computer from the time I leave work until the time I go to bed. So much has changed for a greater good. I am down 125 pounds since 8/23/07. I will post new pictures shortly. Thanks again to all of you that stayed in prayer with me and gave all the good advice. Stay Blessed!

I am so overjoyed by the success of my surgery. I feel better than I have in years. No health issues at all. I have a little hair loss but I have read thats to be expected. It was all worth it. Stay Blessed!

All I can say is Thank God!..Thank You Jesus!...First giving Honor and Thanks and Paise to Him who is the head of my life. Oh my Goodness...I am so overjoyed I dont know where to begin. My life has been so wonderful I cant express in words. When people say they have a new birthday...now I know what they mean. I feel so great all the time and have a burst of energy I cant explain. Shopping is so much fun. Even with the weight I have lost..it feels so good to go in the store and try on something and it fits the first time. Which brings me to day at work. Before I actually started buying a few things I wore some of the old stuff. Well I thought I was so cute at work and my pants were sagging in the front and the back...lol. Everyone was cool about it but I laughed along. Now I have to buy a few things here and there. My clothing has changed and the glow in my face has also. When people tell me that I look good ..I always let them know that im feeling better than I look. High blood pressure gone...bad skin gone...more energy than I have had in years. Again I give God the Glory! I love all you guys from OH. Thanks for being there for me from past, present and future. Stay Blessed!

Hello OH,
This has been an exciting week for me as well as confused. Monday was my first day at work and I feel great. I have dropped a few bra sizes, a few clothing sizes and even a shoe size. Thanks be to God. It has only been a month and I am really seeing the results. Still I give God the glory. Well of course that green eyed monster reared its ugly head. I guess some people dont like a change in you. You would think that they would be happy for you on your new healthy life style. But no! My pastor always says "pray for your enemy". I dont feel like I have any enemies. I love everyone like God loves me. I feel like new money and nothing and no one can change that. I have a burst of energy that I never thought I would have. Shopping is even more fun. For all of you that has had the surgery..you know what I mean. Its so much that I can say but I will leave it in the next blog....just needed to vent.
