Hello to all my Oh family. Hope all of you are well. Sorry that I havent posted in a while. My life has changed a lot and I am barely online. Before my surgery I was a couch potatoe but not with the couch...in front of the computer from the time I leave work until the time I go to bed. So much has changed for a greater good. I am down 125 pounds since 8/23/07. I will post new pictures shortly. Thanks again to all of you that stayed in prayer with me and gave all the good advice. Stay Blessed!
