1 month post op

Hello all! Today  I am 1 month post op and down just about 30lbs. I feel ok, I am still pretty tired. I have regained a great deal of my confidence, which feels amazing. I am still having a hard time getting in all of my fluids and proteins. I am also still having a hard time eating. Most days I am not hungry at all and have to force myself to eat. It feels great to be in control of my eating. Before I felt like food controlled me, not anymore! My camera is broken so I do not have any pics to update with. I will work on that! My face looks a lot smaller and my clothes are getting baggy. Hopefully I can loose 30lbs a month for the next 3 months and I will be close to goal!!
