Milton Owens (COE)
My first impression of Dr, Owens was a good one. He was friendly, and took time to listen to my questions and fears. He was very "upfront" about the risks involved and made sure that post-op, I spent time in ICU because of stent implants in my heart. In addition, the office staff is very helpful and knowledgeable.

I would rate Dr. Owens and his staff as outstanding.

Surgical competence is certainly better, but both is great.
