Made my goal!!! 150pounds...Surg was 9/12/12 and goal reached 4/01/13

Excited about my birthday 03/21 & NY Trip!!

Turning 33 and feeling great. I'm less the ten pounds from goal of 150 pounds. I can wait to go to NY to celebrate. Leaving 7 am on my birthday morning!! HAPPY BIRTHDAY COMING TO ME :) My Best Friend is having a 75th Birthday Party in New York for her grandmother. I need a dress and shoes and something to wear for my birthday night...Shopping!!!!!! :)

My Story

 I'm current weight is 257 pounds. I am 5ft 2inches tall. I have been over weight by normal standards all my life. I have gone through many ups and downs with my weight BUT always end up back on the plus side. I am struggling with being an emotional eater and an addiction to sweets. I have very strong will but I seem to get caught in a loop.Diet and exercise is something I have done all my life....however the food always wins. I eat the wrong things and gain weight only to feel trapped into just eating what I want whenever I want and gain all the weight back, I cant do this anymore. My body and health as well as my confidence take a hit each time. My goal weight for better health is 150~160. This is still above the suggested 125 pounds for my height but I will work out and be toned. I really want the Gastric Bypass. I have my fears like anyone about being sick after or losing too much weight. I read the stories some good some bad. Im reading a lot about ppl gaining weight back and being sick due to vitamin deficency. I would like to get rid of my high blood pressure and I would like to be healthy and fit again. Thats my story really. I don't know really what else to say. I have done many different diets such as Slim Fast, Richard Simmons, Tae Bo, Low Carb, Cortoslim....
