Well, I've made it through three days of the liquid diet. I think yesterday was the worst so far. Today I made ribs for the family in the crockpot and I wasn't tempted at all. However, my daughter's goldfish crackers looked really good. It is getting easier. Work will be harder than being at home, I think.

I couldn't get all the protein they want me to get in today. After my dinner today I still had 350 calories to go. So I had another protein drink. But I still didn't get there.

I took my sister and my three year old to a big field of wildflowers near here. It was so cold and it started snowing(!) when we were there.

I see the nutritionist on Thursday.
