Surgeon Testimonial Paul Arcand, M.D. Dr. Arcand is a very busy person he has lots on his plate..he loves what he does and he cares very much for all of his patients. He has a wonderful office staff they make you feel welcome. he tells you everything you want to know..for exm the risks of the surgery what could happen ..for everybody is different and he stress for all his patients to stay with the program they have meeting every month and you could meet people that had the surgery and all the staff.
