ObesityHelp

Well, I got my three year labs back today.  I guess I haven't been so good at taking my vitamins.  My iron and white blood cell counts were down. :(
Hopefully they will figure out what it takes to get them back up!  The good news is that I have managed to get down to 158 lbs!!  That really freaks me out!  I can wear size 4 jeans and a small/med top!  Life is good!  Thanks to everyone for the emails! I am currently working with my husband for him to get a lap-band.  We go to the meeting Dec 11th in Saranac.  We think that would be the best procedure for him. God Bless!
