They have a superb reputation and a great support group which at least two of the surgeons attend each month. My Story I am 54 years old and have battled this weight loss for 40 years. I went on my first diet at 13 years old. That's quite a long time. I have tried everything from all liquid diets to going to an eating disorder hospital. At this time, my weight does not budge no matter what program I try to follow. I am now expecting my first grandchild and my oldest son is getting married. I have high blood pressure, borderline diabetes, depression, sleep apnea. I am in good health but have many risk factors and I want to be around to enjoy my grandchild(ren) as they come along.
