I had surgery on the same day.... the itching is driving me crazy....found out how hard it is to get in all the protein so I went and got some protein shots...YuCk...will add it to crystal light to see if it taste any better... Hope you are feeling fine.....I am doing great so far....walking and driving.....sipping all day long..lol.....
