I need some help..........

Hello everyone.    I got my surgery on the 17th of October.   Ive lost 20lbs since then but having a real hard time.  Im suppose to be happy  because of this new journey but Im not Im sad all the time.  I crave food that i cant have and have no one to relate to.  Is there anyone out there that I can talk to??  Please get back to me.
