4-1/2 Years Later!

Still maintaining and doing well.... Still not so good on the exercising although my eating is mostly good so the weight is holding steady between 168 - 174.... Very happy with that.... I had gained back around 50 pounds a couple years ago, of course it came on slowly, but I have managed to take it back off and keep it off for over a year now.... YEAH ME!!!!

I am now starting to explore my options for Plastics and can't wait to get rid of all this skin... I think after losing around 140 pounds and keeping it off, I deserve something to make me feel even better now about myself.....  I have had a few consults, found the doctor that I want and am just waiting now to find out if my insurance will cover or not.  Keeping my fingers and toes crossed that it happens for me.....

1 Year Post Op!

Starting weight = 309
Current weight = 178
Total weight lost = 131

Down from a size 26 to a 8/10 and from a 3X to a Medium...  My life has truly changed.  I wish I were better about exercising, but I don't think that will ever change.  If I did exercise I probably would be at goal by now, but I don't so I am happy with were I am... I just want to make sure to continue to eat healthy and  maintain where I currently am....

9 Months Post-Op

Starting weight = 309
Pre-op weight = 290
Current weight = 185
Total loss = 124 since the start and 105 since surgery
Goal weight = 160 ( 25 pound to goal)

Starting size = 26
Current size = 8  (Can you believe it!)

Even though I am not at my goal weight, I am at a size that I never thought I would be at.  If I don't lost any more weight, I am happy with were I am at.  I am going to start looking into plastic surgery in about 6 months or so.  I will be so glad to get rid of the loose skin, and probably another size too... LOL..

Woooooooo Hooooooooo!!!!!

This surgery truely has saved my life!!!!

Pre-Op weight = 290
Current weight = 199 (110 pounds gone since I started my journey, and 91 pounds since surgery)
Goal weight = 150 (49 pounds to go)
