Hi all I am a 38 yr old mother of 4 beautiful girls who has struggled my whole life with my weight.  My hubby and I have decided to do the lap band together and I am being banded on Aug. 20th.  His date is pending.  I am student nurse set to graduate in Dec.  This will the the start of a whole new life for me.
