PLEASE HELP

  I had bypass in Nov. 2007, I was successful and have lost 168 pounds.  I have the last 4-5 months noticed the scales creeping in the WRONG direction, I realize I am an emotional eater and the last year has been a tough one.

I have helped care for my sister for the past year, we lost her in Feb. to Ovarian Cancer, so needless to say I have tried to drown some of my sorrow with food..

I am trying to get back on the bandwagon before the scale reading get out of control.. I have heard somewhere that there is some sort of pouch cleansing or shrinking if you will that might help me..  I have started going back to group and am trying to get going in the right direction again any info you could pass along would be helpful.
