Psyc Eval and Nutrition

On February 7, my coworker and I went  for our psyc evals and to see the nutritionist.

I was very surprised to hear and see the portions that a bariatric patient needs to adhere to.  It seems difficult to keep but I don't want to die.  I want to be able to live my life to the fullest.  I hope that this summer I can finally be on my way to a new me.

The nutritionist was really nice and she was very patient with us.  She gave us her business card and made herself available to any questions in the future.  She was awesome!

Then after that we went to go eat at a BBQ place and it was delicious!  I had 2 Brisket Sandwiches and a tea.  We ate really quickly because we needed to go to our next appointment.

We went to the psychiatrist and she was very pleasant.  I had never gone to a psychiatrist before but my visit was a very positive experience.  

Well, that's the way it all went.  I hope that I can get approved.
