9/12/2008 : I didn't loose ay weight this week, but I won't let that get me down. I'm going to try that much harder this week!! I haven't been able to work out this week, because my gym membership was expired. I was going to do my walking with Leslie DVD, which I highly reccommend, by the way, but I couldn't find it
I have a very busy weekend, so I should be able to keep my mind of food and temptations. I'm going to do the Special K diet for two weeks, hoping to loose another pants size. I squeezed myself into a pair of strech 24's. It looked like someone painted them on. I'm still wearing my 28's but they are very loose. I'm going to go shopping tonight, possibly for a dress. My bestfriend is turning 21 and I might look cute in a dress...with some Spanx.
I'm hoping on my nxt weigh in I will be at a total of 40 pounds. I have to go to the doctor again on the 17th, and I don't want to be in the same position I was when I went for my one month.
9/18/2008 : I gained two pounds this week. I still don't want to get myself down about it becuase I've been working out so much. I had my 2nd fill yesterday and according to the doctor I'm doing just fine. I feel like I lost an entire month becuase I never really felt full. I now have 6cc's in my band and I still don't feel a whole lot of restriction, but I guess until I have 8-12 cc's is going to have to be a mind game. I'm trying to stay motivated. I have 3 things I'm going to focus on weekly. A few of the things are, make sure and get in 50 grams of protien, drink 64 ounces of water, workout for 45 minutes 4 times a week, watch my calorie intake, limit carbs, some weeks I won't have any carbs. I'm hoping to loose 5 pounds every week.
This is the first year as an adult i'm going to wear a halloween costume, and I want to be 300lbs when I wear it. I think this is possible. I have about 6 weeks. We'll see. If not, I will at least know I tried.
I'm still going to do the special k diet for 2 weeks, i'm just waiting until the 1st week of october.
9/29/2008: So I lost the 2 pounds I had gained, that's a plus. I really want to get in the 320's. I bought an AB Lounge, and I've been using it every night. I really love it. I haven't been going to the gym as much as I should, and there is nothing to blame but myself. Work is getting really stressful, and we are having a lot of mandatory overtime, which leaves me no time for myself. I just have to remember what is important. My main focus should be myself. It's hard for me to put myself first. I want everyone else to be happy. In a few days I will go ahead and start the special k diet. By the way.. Special K ceral ; Fruit and yogart, is soooo good. I could eat it for the rest of my life!
