My Story

I  have been active for most of my life. Ten years ago I started a new job that allowed me to be a good provider  and have great benefits for my family, but didn't leave much time for anything else. While working these long hours I neglected my health and have been injured repeatedly making it impossible to maintain my active lifestyle. I needed a change from this cycle so that I can have a better quality of life . I had VSG done on May 19,2010 and am taking it one day at a time and so far I am anxious to see what lies ahead.
