200 + lbs gone in 14 months

 its been a minute since ive checked in  ive dropped 211 lbs since i began my weight loss journey

Ive dropped 100lbs

 From my first weigh in prior to surgery in July  till today ive dropped 100lbs

65 pounds prior to surgery on Sept 29,2008  and 35 pounds after 

i feel proud of myself

1st visit to the docs after surgery (2 weeks out)

 Well today i went in to have my wounds checked   and it appears im healing well.   I also dropped  13 pounds since having my surgery  exactly 2 weeks ago from today

 A WELL KNOWN DJ AND PRODUCER ON THE NY HIP HOP SCENE WHO DECIDED TO MAKE A CRITICAL LIFE CHANGE  SO HE COULD COMPLETE HIS GOALS IN THE MUSIC FIELD
