So today I ran in the JPMC Corporate Challenge in Syracuse. Due to the heat and humidity, officals shortened the run from 3.5 miles to 2 miles. My personal goal for this run was to complete it in 30 minutes. The first mile I was able to mostly run in 15 minutes flat. The second mile was harder due to the heat, and I had to walk more. But I finished in an unofficial time of 29:54. Very proud of myself!

Plateau

So today I broke through a plateau, from 193 down to 189. What an awesome feeling!! Tomorrow I will run 3.5 miles, JPMC Corporate Challenge.
