almost a month post op!!!!

well ive come this far will be one month post op on thursday and so far ive shed a total of 28 pounds since surgery having trouble with vitamins protein and calcium but in my next appt with my surgeon i will bring it up and see wat we can do

so my surgey is tomorrow i will be the first ''case'' am feeling nerves anxious and a bit off edge in the back of my mind somewhere is still in doubt that its all going to faoll into place but i guess we will know tomorrow morning if i will ...

So my date to meet with my surgeon got moved further away from me it was sopposto be jan 27 but got moved to march 9th bc i have to wait til my abdominal utrasound on march 1st to check on my cholesterol polyps in my gallblader ... yes been ...

So today i had an appt with my np and we went over all the things ive completed so far (wich is EVERYTHING) ..... She spoke to me about having a possible '' Date'' if i can shed 9 pds in 2 weeks! oh my ive done things at last ...

Still waiting for a date its very aggravating sitting here wondering if their going to even give me one after ALL ive been trough my surgeon wanted me at 268 and i lost 20 lbs still seeing a counselor so thats wat i am doing so far in my journey ...

So today i weighed myself the last time i did that was September 9th, 2011 it is now October 24th,2011 and i went from 270 to 256!!! can u believe it ?..... i cant i am hoping to stay btw these numbers til atleast November 18th,2011 wen i go for ...
