Welcome friends! Thank you for taking the time to look at my blog here at ObesityHelp. I hope you find it enjoyable as well as helpful. Hopefully I will be able to blog about Holiday traditions, shopping (what's new, hot and a great deal) recipes and anything else that pertains to this most wonderful time of year. I do Christmas all year round..well at least the spirit of it anyways.

Take time the out today to do something nice for someone because even when it isn't the holidays, we can project the holiday spirit!
Welcome to Mrs. Claus' Christmas Corner!
