My surgery was Jan 30th 2012, I have tried to the best of my ability to stick to the diet requirements however.. I lost 30 pounds the first 8 days post surgery and now im stalled out.. stuck at 280's and doesn't look like im losing more any time soon.. im annoyed and a little stressed out about this.  I have been walking, probably not as much as I should, I have to take the dog out several times daily but with the weather being cold and wet, I find it hard to walk around the block and not feel like im freezing to death.  It seems lately post surgery that I can't get warm to save my life... im constantly trying to hide myself under a blanket, maybe I should buy one of those What the heck blankets but seriously I wonder when I will feel NORMAL again.  I know the reasons why I did this but sometimes I wondered if it was worth this pain.

Well there ya go with my depressing moment in time, I know that it wil get better soon.
