Describe your behavioral and emotional battle with weight control before learning about bariatric surgery.
I have battled weight control for the last 25 years. When I am tired, stressed, board or upset, I eat. Of course I eat everything that is not good for me. I have done most diets, weight watcher, medical weight loss, LA weight loss and medical plans thru doctor’s office. I did diet pills thru doctor’s office, and I lost 80 pounds in 3 months. But after about a year came right back plus a lot more. And that would be because I did not change my eating habits, the diets pills could not help with that part. I have learned thru a lot of research, that learning and living by what you learn is the biggest step. I am VGS, and very excited about this. For me this is the best way to go.
